Before any major digging can be done on your property The Utility Notification of Colorado should be notified. They usually need 48 hours and they will come and mark all of your utility easements in your yard, a rush can be requested. For installations we will call and schedule this service for you. If they are scheduled to come mark your yard, please mow your grass before they arrive so that the markings remain in your grass for a week before they are mowed away. Please also assure that children and pets do not remove the flags and maps that utility worker leaves behind. The paint, flags and maps are valuable tools that assure a safe installation. If you plan to schedule Peakview Irrigation for a repair, call 8-1-1 for utility locating. Please keep in mind that dogs will need to be inside while the utility workers mark your yard, and gates should be left unlocked. Remember that even if you believe the problem is in only one part of your yard, it is best to have your whole yard marked in case the trouble is traced to another part of your yard.
